?As a Automation owner for similar new project & Copy new project oProvide quotation & process to Automation manage oWork out assembly line schedule with PJM oCombine design review check list together and call team member to review machine design by design review check list oReview the related issue with team member in FOT/FAI/Trail run phase. oCall trial run meeting to review the related issue, oSet up a clear data collection plan. oAssign the related job to team member. oDo data analysis, call team member to review the related Data, and assign the related Job to team member. oComplete analysis report , and send it to team member termly. oCall Project review & summary meeting and combine all document, and make a summary for this project , send the summary to DCC. ?For new project ,Join the team review meeting to discuss tooling strategy , process flow ?Take charge of DFM / PFMEA / CTF&CTP for the new process and provide to Project Owner ?Take charge of machine/fixture proposal for the new process ?Work out design review check list for the new machine/fixture and provide it to project owner ?Take charge of machine/fixture design for the new assembly / testing fixture and Semi-auto assembly / vision machine ?Release the drawing(including 2D&3D/BOM) ?Provide Key Assembly dimension list of the new machine/fixture to technician ?Coach technician to assemble/debug machine/fixture ?Solving the issue of the new machine/fixture to ensure FOT & FAI pass ?Contribute the idea to assist project owner to solve product issue ?Take the actions following trial run meeting minutes and projects owner's assign for the new process ?Give a feedback for verification result to project owner ?Complete the related document/updated drawing/spare part list for the new process ?Update the DFM / PFMEA / CTF&CTP for the new process and provide to Project Owner
