The Role We are seeking a dynamic Senior Digital & Marcom Specialist to join our team at Zhuanqiao, Minhang District, Shanghai. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, this role involves planning and execution of a comprehensive range of marketing activities, and taking the lead in shaping our digital presence and contributing to the success of our brand in the traditional and digital space.
Main Responsibilities Development and execution of product launching plans, promotional events, trade shows, and conferences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes. Plan, execute and manage digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, and online advertising, with the goal of maximizing reach and leads generation for IA sales team in China. Manage content curation and creative direction to ensure compelling and consistent messaging development for Norgren’s social media platforms. Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance to measure the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts, providing insights and making data-driven recommendations. Coordinate with external stakeholders, including vendors agencies, and partners, as well as internal teams such as sales and logistics, to implement marketing activities and promotions. This includes overseeing the creation of marketing collaterals, merchandise, events, and other related initiatives. Manage local suppliers for cost-effective services. Provide writing/ editing/ translation support for outbound communication. Provide market intelligence by conducting analyses on customer base, competitors, market share, and market trend. Assist with any spontaneous or ad-hoc activities as needed.
What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing. 5+ years B2B marketing experience in multinational companies, with a focus on strategic planning and execution. Proven experience in digital marketing and marcom, with a focus on strategy development and execution. Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and other digital channels. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MS Windows, MS Office. Proficiency in analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance. Exceptional writing and editing skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
