Summary
We are looking for an Inside Sales Adminstraiton will provide support and assistance to Account Manager, and work with operations, purchasing, quality and finance as requested and will be customer’s primary point of contact for inside sales coverage and market development for all FDH products with assigned accounts.

Responsibilities
? Know, understand and incorporate the FDH philosophy, value and vision in all behavior, practice and decisions. 理解并将FDH的理念、价值观和愿景融入所有行为、实践和决策中
? Work directly with customer on a regular basis, providing timely, appropriate and accurate response to inquiries and requests. 定期直接与客户合作，及时、适当和准确地响应客户的查询和请求。
? Maintain and develop new and existing FDH customers through professional and appropriate sales methods. 通过专业和适当的销售方法，维护和发展新的和现有的FDH客户
? Source products when necessary based on FDH’s best practices. 在必要时根据FDH的***实践进行产品采购
? Maximize sales at assigned accounts and develop new customers from sales leads work. ***化指定账户的销售，并通过销售线索开发新客户
? Maintain and manage assigned customer’s back order and follow up the whole supply chain process, including purchasing, warehouse and finance. 维护和管理指定客户的积压订单，并跟进整个供应链流程，包括采购、仓储和财务。
? Work with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 与其他部门合作解决问题，确保客户满意。

? Basic data entry with accuracy, including sales order, sales quotes, vendor quotes and others. 准确地进行基本的数据输入，包括销售订单、销售报价、供应商报价等。

Qualifications
? Degree Level; or the equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of progressively more responsible sales and customer service responsibilities in a business-to-business, aerospace/industry environment. 学历要求；或具有至少3年的逐步承担更多责任的销售和客户服务经验，尤其是在企业对企业、航空/工业环境中。
? Maintain excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal confidently with both internal and external customers. 保持出色的客户服务技能，能够自信地处理内部和外部客户

?
