Understand current warranty process, develop and adapt to the Chinese market.
Cost target breakdown for the entire vehicle and parts
Analysis warranty information flow, create solution towards Chinese market.
Define the warranty guideline including but not limited to workshop requirements, parts flow, warranty training, technical support flow, other information handling and the coverage for Chinese market.
Investigate local laws and regulations with the support from experts in the Chinese market.
Be part of Vehicle service information group and support in other areas such as repair, maintenance, spare parts and diagnostics or other areas within the scope of vehicle service/aftermarket.
Education and/or Experience
Master’s degree in engineering.
At least ten year’s work experience of similar tasks.
Experience from warranty is mandatory.
Experience within commercial vehicles industry is an advantage.
