General mission:
Prepare and present the reporting and bring the insight of the business analysis of the existing business units to the stakeholders of Sourcing & Quality.
Economic security relative monitoring of the Sourcing & Quality office.
Main tasks:
- Based on the guidelines provided by the Management, prepare the budget (with performance, commercial and human KPIs).
- Prepare the Individual Premium Rewards figures of commercial and support teams of the Sourcing Offices.
- Prepare and deliver presentation in monthly SOCO/management meeting with analyzed data from our various databases, to ensure an accurate follow-up of this budget.
- Communicate with internal teams of all sourcing offices and France Performance leaders for a detailed monitoring. (Ratios, FTE status…).
- Achieve supplier due diligence to prevent the potential risk.
- Bring ES investigation if needed.
- Control and follow the payment for the agencies through Ariba system.

KPI:
- Turnover forecast accuracy.
- LRD follow-up, including penalty.
- Economic Security investigation success rate.
- Commercial performance (sourcing context, BP/ Business Plan, PMD/selling prices, lead time, reference)

Required education background and experience:
- Majoring in management control or data analysis is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant fields.

Transversal skills:
- Business-oriented, problem-solving.
- Aims ambitious results with strong involvement.
- Rigorous and focusing on details.
- Ability to work on confidential topics.
- Cross function communication with different regions including France and SA.

Technical skills
- Analytic mind.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft solutions.
