Main Responsibilities Responsible for finished product and raw material inspection procedures (testing requirements), assure quality controls and records through product and process audits Manage DMRs, responsibilities, containment, root cause determination, corrective action, and closure of quality issues. Able to apply problem solving tools and methods to coordinate and/or lead investigation teams. Ongoing review & support of customer feedback results and drivers of customer dissatisfaction with linkages to current policies and procedures. Works closely with Manufacturing and other departments, (e.g., Production, CS, Design, EHS, ) in the areas of packaging related compliance and quality systems to ensure quality requirements are met Assure product overall quality related to manufacturing process reinforcing the product audit, maintain the production specification implementation process & quality through quality meetings and initiatives Review & Support new or replaced products implementation Understand / meet customers’ packaging spec requirement A specialist highly adheres to standard procedures for routine work, equipped with the ability to initiatively identify problems, further proactively provide insights to, and gain advise/guidance from, senior staffs, for solution render. A specialist needs to have relevant knowledge and experience in the professional area and is continually learning higher level of knowledge/skills. Lead ISO 9001 audit Qualifications Minimum of 5 yrs experience in quality field, CQE or other related certifications & affiliations preferred Excellent oral and written English ISO audits experience is a must Analytical skill, Root cause analysis, good practice with 8D report Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles Strong communication, report writing and grammar skills Flexibility with location, domestic travel as required
