Coordinate Pre due diligence process and compute Pre deal value Conduct the valuation of M&A target and business plan Lead the due diligence process, subsequent risks mitigation follow-up and documentation Lead contract review process Support in contract negotiations and pre-conditions follow-up Post deal follow up Assist with other tasks related to M&A process and compliance.
Key Requirement: Bachelor’s and above degree with major in Finance and Accounting Professional accounting/consulting firm experience will be a plus Strong coordination and communication skill is a must. Initiative and dedicative learning ability Available for frequent business trips and ready to work under high pressure Good knowledge of M&A and familiarity with the industrial packaged gas business is a plus
