* Conduct comprehensive financial analysis on capital investment proposals,
including ROI calculations, NPV analysis, IRR analysis, sensitivity analysis,
and risk assessment.

* Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to develop
detailed financial plans and budgets for capital projects.

* Evaluate and recommend optimal financing options for capital investments,
considering factors such as cost of capital, debt-equity ratios, and financial
risk.
* Establish robust financial controls and processes to monitor capital
expenditure, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial policies.

* Monitor project performance against financial targets, identifying
variances and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

* Conduct regular reviews of capital projects to assess their financial
viability and alignment with strategic objectives.
* Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management,

YOUR SKILLS

* The desired candidate for this role should have a strong business

* A minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance or strategic functions is

* Furthermore, having previous work experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer
