PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Strategy level:
1.The primary responsibility is to ensure the establishment of a robust supply base that meets business needs, compliance to Sulzer supplier sustainability standard, and deliver sustaining supplier performance of good on-time delivery, competitive cost and reliable quality.
2.Ensure a solid and well working suppliers base management, continuous development of our suppliers.
3.Plan and execute strategic negotiations to ensure the savings realization.
4.Assigned category sourcing strategy build up, qualification coordination and management.
5.Lead and secure that the organization successfully executes the sourcing projects to best support Sales function to secure projects.
6.Participate and contribute in regular sourcing council meetings and other related activities
7.Secure implementation of the appropriate Global processes and adaptation and implementation of local processes and procedures
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求
Related work experience相关工作经验
1.Minimum 8 years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing, supply chain management and experience in Project Management, commercial role within mechanical industry, petrochemical industrial area is preferred.
2.Experience in working in an international environment and has proven leadership skills, team leadership experience preferred.
3.Proven track record in progressive cost reduction
4.Familiar with equipment, instrument and other components used in chemical plant.

7.Capable of working under pressure, well time management with systematic & structural working style
8.Reliable and disciplined with a high level of integrity.

Formal education or equivalent教育背景
Minimum in bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
