职责描述：
1) Study the products and the market, keep searching potential for suppliers with good quality, best price, on time delivery and enough capacity.
2) New supplier development including searching, investigation, visiting, verify, quotes, approval.
3) Develop suitable suppliers together with quality/engineering, focus on long-term cooperation.
4) Commercial contract and prices negotiation.
5) Keep working closely with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Product, Production to fulfill localization/cost down requests.
6) Support SQE and procurement about supplier management.
7) Localize the transfer project and cooperate with BU engineers for improving design (R&D project), drawings (new transferred project) for fitting localization and being economical. Lead or support the related project’s management.
8) Follow up purchasing/internal control policies and stick to compliance standard.
9) Fulfill tasks temporary assigned by superior.
10) Support other CoEs about global sourcing.
Position Requirements
? College education or above.
? Major in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation.
? Engineering, technical development background is preferred.
? More than 10 years working experience in supply chain area.
? More than 5 years working experience in sourcing area, machining/casting/sheet metal works and group sourcing experiences is an advantage.
? Good experience and skill for localization.
? Ability to work in cross-functional, global team environment.
? Wide knowledge background for industrial products.
