Mission/Purpose of the Job Support China Key OEMs to determine how the product will meet market demands and achieve business objectives. Align global?product management with business goals and contribute to China business growth. Main Responsibilities -Works closely with Global Product team and Marketing team to be involved in defining and prioritizing product roadmap related requirements from China customers. -Derives new business cases from consolidated voice of the customer feedback to impact division marketing management team to support China business growth. -Work closely with GPM, division marketing, to be involved in defining new product pricing, margin, marketing position strategies and decisions. -To provide feedback on detailed, real product applications experience and product performance issues to Division team and implement solutions based on feedback from corporate. -Leverage China Sales and APP teams to position Edwards product in China market through valve selling. -Provided competitor analysis report and specific marketing report regularly, be forward-looking on emerging market. -Focus on China local key semi OEMs to support business growth with providing strategic product strategy. -To support Customers, Sales, Applications, Service by managing and providing High vacuum pump and valve product knowledge and technical presentations. -Lead and drive projects with cross business lines if needed. -Develop VSC China product manager team to lead the team to be successful with business achievement. Skills / Knowledge / Experience -Education level Master or Bachelor degree, PHD is prefer. Major in engineering, machinery, or related fields. -Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience) A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Product Management or Marketing, Applications, Engineering or Project Management. Relevant working experience abroad is preferred. -Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities) Understand Semi market and users, know China OEM well for PVD, Etch, IMP. Abilities for leadership and collaboration, excellent communication skills are essential. Abilities to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Understanding of maket trend. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. -Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements) Good English skill both written and spoken Ability to work under pressure, strong sense of team responsibility >50% travel is required.
