工作职责
1. Manage daily operation for warehouse and make sure the Goods in/out security of all stock. Provide strategic direction for all warehousing activities associated with shipping, receiving, warehousing and inventory management in our distribution center管理仓库的日常运作，货物进出和所有库存的安全。为配送中心的运输、收货、仓储和库存管理，仓储活动提供战略指导。
2. Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational success as defined by safely shipping to the end customers (orders that are accurate, well packed, on-time). 与其他部门合作，确保终端客户产品的安全运输(订单准确，包装良好，准时)。
3. Be responsible for investigating stock discrepancies, including negatives, missing and feedback the information to relevant departments. 负责调查库存差异，包括遗漏的，缺失的，并反馈给相关部门。
4. Carry out regular stock taking and report on results. 定期进行库存盘点并报告结果。
5. Ensure the highest operational standards are always implemented. 确保在任何时候都能执行***的操作标准。
6. Ensure the material handling area is compliant with current Health and Safety regulations and that the warehouse team is trained appropriately. 确保物料处理区域符合当前的健康和安全规定，并对仓库团队进行适当的培训。

8. Manage, motivate, train and continually develop the warehouse team. Provide oversight and direction to the workflow of the Fulfillment Operations to ensure they are focused on timely and accurate planning, WM Activities, receiving, inspection, put-away, cycle-counting/inventory control activities, picking and shipping activities, returns processing, and miscellaneous work order activities. 11. Guide daily production activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, space and equipment. Oversee fulfillment operations training for the awareness and compliance of all assigned employees with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations. Bring a culture of optimizing safety, cost of fulfillment operations, and continuous improvement/new innovation. 12. Liaison with various departments to ensure that stock movements and stock keeping standards are maintained in line with company guidelines. 与各部门保持联系，确保库存的变动和保持与符合公司的指导方针相符合的标准。
