Job Responsibilities: Manager CQ department and in charge whole CQ team indicators such as TQ1, Claim, Line Stop, PPM, and customer satisfaction. Maintain friendly relations with OEM and other customers Be responsible for managing / driving the efficient problem containment activities to customer complains during mass production. Participate actively into the quality improvement programs (such as 8D, CAR, EC, Deviation, etc) with professional knowledge and skill. Organize and build the strong team and flow to ensure the customer quality team. Handle Quality Issue during mass production with customer Responsible for the daily management of his / her team and its people development activities. Be responsible for building the technical competence of his / her team, in terms of defect analysis, problem solving tools, awareness of sekurit technology with respects to its products & processes. Responsible for the performance of EHS / 5S in the function. Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements: - Education: Bachelor degree or above - Language: English: CET6 or above,Fluent spoken and writing English. - Computer skill: Good knowledge of MS-office - Work experience: More than 5years of quality, automotive industry experience is a plus. - Others to be specified: Good ability to communicate Team working ,responsibility and self - motivated
