工作内容: 1. Interface between the production plant and the sales organizations. 2. Responsible for analyzing the quality of the products at the customer’s site and setting corrective action for sustainable improvement. 3. Collecting service complaints from sales organizations, create action plans and find solutions to solve the problems and avoid them in the future. 4. Reporting to German headquarter (situation and progress of quality complaints, figures for the group quality reporting). 5. Analysis in case of accidents on site. 6. Follow up corrective actions and close the complaint issue. 7. Analysis and evaluation of service data. 8. Coordination of conceptual failures and SLS actions according to group guidelines. 9. Coordination of wanted part process. 10. Detect weakness in the production process and give solutions for improvement. 11. Ensure sustainability of executed changes in production. 12. Working continuously on products improvement and give solutions to relative departments. 13. Visit customer site for information collection especially for the serious issue. 14. Other tasks assigned by leader. 任职资格: 1. University degree with a technical-related major (engineering, or industrial engineering preferred) or a technical education with long work experience. 2. High level of production-related experience and technical knowledge. 3. More than 3 years’ work experiences in machinery assembling company as an SQI or PQI or other similar quality related position. 4. Excellent English language skills. 5. Very good skills for discovering and solving problems. 6. Very good skills of communication and expression. 7. Very good skills in MS office and SAP. 8. Team spirit and the ability of working under pressure.
