JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 61 General office procurement and payment processing for miscellanies orders in economic thinking. 61 Take ownership for responsible admin areas and safety accountable for responsible vendors and their activities in site. 61 Responsible for the management of conference rooms, and the maintenance of admin related facilities and equipment. 61 Promote office 5S and continuously improve office environment. 61 Assist in greeting internal and external visitors including meeting arrangements, transportation, food, site tour, etc. 61 Coordinate employee engagement activities, contribute creative ideas, and ensure the smooth progress of the activities. 61 Maintain Admin SharePoint, share admin related information and help employees easily access to necessary tools. 61 Keep closely communication with site functions, collect requirements, work out solutions and provide timely feedback for the improvement of employee satisfaction. 61 Handle various emergencies and assist functions in emergency response work to support the stable operation of Yinglon site. 61 Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned.
