Responsibilities · Report directly to the senior digital marketing manager in China and work closely with the HQ marketing team. · Work with internal and external agencies to develop the overall Douyin content and media strategy and responsible for ensuring the consistency of message. · Support live stream in Douyin shop to develop content for conversion, assist to lead TA into livestream for conversion. · Develop social KOL/KOC strategy that can support brand building and drive A3 people asset/social buzz and search query. · Responsible for Douyin paid media strategy, plan and implementation and maximize ROI of media investment . Have strong ability to analyze data result by Douyin data system and social listening for future performance improvement.
Qualifications & Experience · 4+ years’ relevant experience in digital marketing field, especially new media · 2+ years’ relevant experience in Douyin social commerce, content creation and paid media. · Excellent balance between art sense and logical thinking. · Familiar with FMCG or alcohol industry. · Proven experience with track record in supporting strategy development and execution. · Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is mandatory
