Main Responsibilities Product Quality Management ? Supervise, maintain, continuously improvement in quality system and drive quality improvement programs. ? Ensure all products in full compliance to directive, standard and the group requirement. Collaborate and communicate with all internal and external parties to fully understand company policies, SOP & WI for effective execution. ? Reinforce workflow guidelines to clarify roles and responsibilities and enhance collaboration with all related parties. ? Initiate QA discussion and alignment with Asia and Quality counterparts in EU for common topics. ? Drive and monitor the performance of service providers to fulfill the QA operational needs. ? Work closely with all stakeholders, counterparts and suppliers to resolve technical issues, providing professional advice to ensure product quality conformity to market Quality requirements. Quality Management Operation ? Develop and define QA targets; Lead and motivate team to achieve defined QA targets. ? Conduct regular summary and sharing for any key / common project internally and externally. ? Lead quality claims management, settlement, summary and sharing and root cause analysis for the product / production continuous improvement. ? Support ad hoc work and special projects as assigned by the Management. Team Management ? Be Responsible to coach and manage Quality Engineers to perform their role with core competency to meet the company objective at product quality improvement with customer satisfaction ? Initiate regular performance review and discussion with subordinate to identify and support training needs, always show respect, appreciation and sharing feedback as appropriate. ? Other tasks as assigned. Requirements General Requirement ? A good team player with strong communication and organizational skills. ? Positive attitude, mature and high level of integrity. ? Good Command of English and Local language. ? Proficient in MS office applications. Position Requirement ? Bachelor degree holder or above. ? Min. 8 years relevant working experience with at least 5 years in a people management position, especially in trading or sourcing company. ? Good knowledge of the DIY product, European standards, directives and policies. ? Strong problem solving skills, market sensibility, influential and presentation skills. ? Good leadership, budget controlling and interpersonal skills. ? Strong time management and project management skills. ? Travel to supplier or factory location is required.
