Responsibility: 1.Assistant line manager to conduct and complete Flavor Solutions GKA customers product quality management to ensure food safety and meet customer expectations 协助经理实施并完成风味方案客户产品的质量管理来保证食品安全,满足客户期望。 2.Support Flavor Solutions new product launch project, evaluate food safety assessment and avoid quality risk; prepare new product quality materials and be involved in new product testing process. 支持风味方案新产品上市,评估食品安全并避免质量风险;负责准备新产品质量文件并参与新产品测试流程。 3.Support Flavor Solutions customer quality inquires including complaint follow-up, demand feedback and product quality file review and maintenance, etc. 支持风味方案客户质量需求,包括客诉跟进、要求反馈、产品质量文件回顾和维护等。 4.Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers and internal partners, to promote continuously customer intimacy. 建立并维护良好的外部客户和内部伙伴关系,不断提升客户亲密度。 5.Be responsible for and drive quality improvement of current products by coordinating with internal teams to take actions continuously. 协调跨团队采取持续行动,负责和推动现有产品的质量改进 6.Establish, maintain and manage products information database up-to-date and work closely with Plant QA, sales team on product quality issues 建立、维护并管理产品信息数据的及时更新、就产品质量事宜与工厂质量保证部、销售部保持密切合作 7.Other tasks assigned by line manager 上级领导指派的其他任务
Requirement: 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Food Science or related 2.Over 6+years working experience in multi-culture food manufacturing company 3.Inherent energy, enthusiasm, problem-solving and driving determination to know the answers 4.Strong coordination and communication skills for internal and external customers 5.Excellent in both written and spoken English
