Responsibilities:
-Follow company safety policy, manage worker’s safety behavior, support safety training and maintain a healthy, safe working environment.
-Responsible for planning, controlling, and directing production function through the effective use of production work force with focus on continuous improvement aimed at increasing product quality, attainment of production schedule, productivity/throughput, and accuracy of production report, and reducing mfg. cycle time and work-in-process inventory.
-Train and supervise operator to follow production activities, management material flow, recruit and training plan to operator, motivation and effective communication, monitor working discipline.
-Production order management to ensure production plan is followed and on time delivery performance.
-Lead production team to control product quality, follow the quality procedure and inspection sheet to meet the quality target.
-Implement lean manufacturing activities, communicate with other departments to improve continuously including process, reducing cost, production quality and production consistency.
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree majored in Mechanical Engineering and automation/Electrical automation or other relevant engineering disciplines.
-1+ years working experience in production management in multinational Industrial manufacturing, good workshop management skill.
-Good Manufacturing Shopfloor Management, Manufacturing Performance and team management skill.
-Skilled in team building and people development.
-Knowledgeable in ISO9001, 14001, 18001, IATF
-Knowledgeable in "Lean"/"TPM".
-Strong learning ability.
-Dedicated and hard working.
-Good communication skill, problem solving and team spirit.
-Good command of written and spoken English.
