Job Duties 工作职责 ? Supervising Account Executive members on daily operation 监督客户执行成员的日常运作 ? Supports the management team and to improves systematic workflows and work procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Trains and give constructive advice to subordinates. 支持管理团队,改进系统的工作流程和工作程序,以确保团队的效率和有效性。培训下属并给予建设性建议。 ? Assisting the subordinate in collecting information or data on compliant cases, to prepare and propose solutions when reporting to superior for direction. 协助下属收集合规案例的信息或数据,在向上级汇报时准备并提出解决方案。 ? Prepares, maintains, and submits sales analysis reports to superiors on regular basis. 准备、维护并定期向上级提交销售分析报告。 ? Manages and supervises each project to keep check on the timeline, deadline, and the completion date and to ensure all needed work is done before deadline. 管理和监督每个项目,确保在截止日期前完成所有需要的工作。 ? Working with internal department to streamline the process or communication to expedite the desired result. 与内部部门合作,简化流程或沟通,以加快预期的结果。 ? Liaising with the Buying office, the vendors, and suppliers to establish strong business relationship. 与采购办公室、供应商和供应商保持联系,建立牢固的业务关系。 ? Identifying any challenges or difficulties with the team member, diagnose and propose with solution to the Account Manager to resolve the issues without delay. 与团队成员一起发现任何挑战或困难,诊断并向客户经理提出解决方案,以尽快解决问题。 ? Meeting with subordinates on a regular basis to review operation issues, quality issues, update on projects or orders progress, collect feedback from staff and report to superior. 定期与下属开会,回顾运营问题,质量问题,更新项目或订单进度,收集员工反馈并向上级汇报。 ? Suggest and plan for training to the subordinates to facilitates them with operation procedure information through cases happened, product knowledge thru sharing on hand project, with product development team, or arrange FTY visit. 向下属提出培训建议和计划,通过发生的案例向下属提供操作流程信息,通过与产品开发团队分享手头项目的产品知识,或安排工厂参观。
