Roles and Responsibilities ? developing and rolling out the safety plans, ensuring adequate on-site safety resources for the project. ? interpreting the safety requirements and assisting the project team in setting up the site-specific safety management program. ? conducting daily project inspections and monthly audits, making recommendations on improvement to the project teams, and ensuring timely corrections for the deficiencies revealed. ? Working with CM and SAA, Jianli, State Agent to make sure the aligned safety strategy, safety plan can be implemented properly. ? assisting the project teams in investigating major incidents and sharing the lessons learnt with senior management. ? attending the safety meetings with the contractors and sharing safety successes and developing promotion materials (posters, calendar, etc.) with the project team. ? preparing weekly safety reports and monthly safety statistics reports and collecting feedback from the senior management, ensuring safety observations reported through the PM Vitals by the project team. ? displaying leadership in the area of promoting by presenting safety first vision to the project stakeholders and providing supports and advice to the project team. Qualification needed: ? more than 20 years safety management experiences and minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical projects, can cover both CSA & MEP part. ? international safety certificate will be preferred, such as NEBOSH, OSHA. ? Experience with (a) China State Agent Construction, (b) Government agencies, will be a advantage. ? Experience of working for international client will be priority. ? the qualification of national register safety engineer will be priority. ? effective Safety Officer Type C issued by Housing and Urban Rural Construction Management Committee. ? good at English Communication both reading and writing.
