主要任务与职责: Main tasks and responsibilities: - Explore the market for new business and subsequent acquisition of new customers, development of projects together with the customer. - Follow market trends, customers and competitors and propose actions to address and utilize market needs. - Maintain existing customer relationship and secure frequent communication with customers. - Present and negotiate commercial and technical proposals with customers. - Drive and coordinate projects with global sales and project team from Switzerland, Singapore and China. - Proper handover of secured projects to project management and coordinate the issues during the project execution. - Represent the business at fairs, conferences. - Any other duties that are assigned by superior. - Travelling within region (50% of the time per year) 职位要求: Qualifications:

Education 1 Bachelor’s degree in Polymer/Chemical Engineering or Machinery.
Job experience: 1 Polymer technical background,Operation or R&D experience 2 3~5 years of experience in component and system sales in different industry, such as polymer, chemical, petrochemical, new material, etc. 3 Rich experience on contract negotiation and customer relationship management
Knowledge requirements (professional, technical, language): 1 Knowledge of component and system business, such as priority equipment and license business. 2 Negotiation skills 3 Fluent in written & spoken in Chinese and English.
