Job Mission: To promote Alfa Laval’s technology and know-how in oils and fats systems. Responsible for identifying project business opportunities within oils and fats market and concluding direct sales of Alfa Laval products and services within North China.
About the job: · Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval oils and fats systems and services. · Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business unit strategy and targets, by working closely with sales team leader. · Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them in real business opportunities in order to ensure a healthy pipeline with good potential. · Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services. · Develop value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up. · Use the OneCRM customer relationship tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.
What you know: · 10+ years of relevant industrial experience, hereunder 5+ years project sales experience in oils and fats industries. Experienced in large project sales, follow up, daily contact, negotiation abilities including contractual aspects · Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Food Processing/ Chemical Engineering/ etc. · Fluent written and spoken English · Good communication and presentation skills · Solution selling mindset · A sense of ownership · Maintain a stable performance under pressure · Is driven by delivering good sales performance, establishing and maintaining good customer relations · Willing to travel
