About the job: -Second level support and call resolution of ERP end users -Logging, categorization, and escalation of D365FO incidents and requests -Request fulfilment and system processes improvement -Proactive follow-up on all D365FO tickets -D365FO standard function setup, removal, update, maintenance and troubleshooting -Provide D365FO training for end users -Update and maintain related documentation of ERP such as functional requirement document, functional design documents, workflow etc.. -Participation of Inhouse ERP development projects, translation between user requests and developing approaches -Communicate frequently with end users to understand the business requirement and provide solutions from system perspective -Enable and disable user accounts and proper accesses assignment
What you know: Knowledge and skills: -Background of Computer Science or ERP related; -Basic knowledge of accounting, finance and taxation -Knowledge of D365FO, ERP, processes and solutions; -Good communication skill and business sense; -Knowledge of database and Power BI will be an added advantage; -Project Management Experience will be a Plus; ? Attitude and motivation: Highly motivated, quick Learning and problem-solving skill.
