As a Business Unit Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the China marketing within the Food & Pharma business unit. This role requires a deep understanding of food & pharma market dynamics, key products applications, and target group requirements. this role needs closely work with headquarter shareholders to launch and growth the products in China, this role also needs work with China sales team closely and take lead to develop and implement product strategy and annual business plans, drive business growth above market average. Be responsible for the sales achievements.
Responsibilities: ? Managing the overall results of food & pharma product line or business portfolio, including product road maps, product life cycle management, product P&L including revenue/pricing/profit etc. Be responsible for the sales achievements. ? Responsible for market work during the product launch process, including market and industry information collection, customer demand analysis, product marketing, and customer experience analysis, driving product iteration development and business process improvement. ? Understanding overall market / customer needs and developing needs-based segmentation. ? Work closely with global product management team for product strategy and business development. ? Lead in strategic growth planning, identifying new growth opportunity and driving growth for targeted segments. ? Lead in marketing campaign building, communication and execution. ? Providing customer/sales product application support timely. ? Guide/support sales team with value-based product / application knowledge / sales tools such as product training material. ? Providing product training to internal/external sales/customers. ? Conducting VOC activities for new and renewed product projects, create and implement consistent processes to discover, gather, aggregate and prioritize the values of specific customer needs. ? Actively network with sales team to understand customer needs, competitor activities and relevant market changes, to gain market intelligence and insights.?
Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree in marketing business administration, or a related field. ? Experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within a similar business unit or industry. ? Proficient knowledge of instrumentation markets, food & pharma industry, understands customer needs, understands market dynamics and competitive environment. ? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills. ? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. ? Good data analysis and project management skills. ? Creative problem-solving and analytical skills. ? Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. ? Flexible to go business travel domestically and overseas.
