Main Tasks: - Align and implement BASF global and regional Learning & Development strategy in Greater China, and work with Senior L&D Manager to develop the holistic framework of learning system in BASF Greater China. - Plan, prioritize, manage and evaluate leadership programs on Greater China platform to ensure an effective and consistent development on people in BASF. Deploy appropriate tools, resources and training activities that align with the competencies assigned to each level of the leadership pipeline. - Support on talent development initiatives and talent forum etc. - Diagnose, design, develop, implement and evaluate customized learning interventions for business/functions in Greater China to effectively meet business requirements in people development & learning, thus to support and drive business growth. - Contribute to Key initiatives and projects in L&D Greater China. - Support and coordinate talent development initiatives (including but not limited to Talent Forum, assessment, development programs, etc.) to ensure sufficient talent pipeline and effective successor management - Design and coordinate onboarding concept and learning offerings to promote BASF culture and improve employee experience - Enhance leadership development via varied learning offerings and activities within the BASF framework - Act as a mature touchpoint for customized learning and talent development solutions - Manage overall training curriculum and expense
Requirements: - At least 10 years’ experience in L&D in multi-national enterprises as an internal consultant with solid skills of conceptualization, course designing as well as a wide exposure to talent assessment and development methodology and tools - University degree and above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or relevant disciplines - English proficiency and comfort in communication with senior management - Good at Microsoft skills and basic usage of the new media and AI tools
