Responsibilities: - Execute talent acquisition strategies and processes across the entire recruitment cycle: screening, assessment, hiring and onboarding. - Expand our extensive pipeline of Engineers through leveraging our multiple candidate sourcing resources, and our recruitment system and processes. - Collaborate internally and with our Clients to assure our prospective candidates are recruited in a professional manner. - Consistently produce work product that is thorough, accurate and timely.
Qualifications: - University degree a must, Majored in Engineering a plus. - Minimum 1 year working experience in recruitment in an engineering and IT consulting services firm. - An enthusiastic user of social media a must. Possessing a strong network in engineering talent communities - in Automotive, Telecom/IT, Healthcare, Aerospace - a plus. - Solid interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. A self-starter, with consistently positive spirit, able to work independently and highly collaboratively. - Fluency in Chinese and English required.
