? Develop and execute ECO-PASSPORT strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the region. (Eastern China and Jiangsu)
? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, and develop trust through responsive and proactive communication.
? Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and potential customers including use B2B approach to explore the upstream T3-chemical suppliers as well as the end-buyer targeting, engaging in the new bussiness opportunities negotiations to close deals.
? Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
? Attend industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to network and promote the company’s products or services.
? Monitor and adhere to the sales budget, managing costs effectively.
? Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations within the sales team.
Qualifications:
? College degree or above, applicants with chemical/textile background is a plus.
? 2-3 years experice in ZDHC chemical certification at 3rd party lab.
? Basic knowledge of textile chemicals including dyestuffs, auxiliaries.
? Proven sales experience, with a track record of over-achieving targets.
? Previous experience in textile chemical industry , 3rd-testing lab is preferrable.
? Strong business sense and industry expertise.
? Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
? Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
? Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
? Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
