Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
? Independent contributor to line transfer or launched products sustaining. In charge of drawings and bill of materials (BoM) creation, materials information creation, update and maintenance in systems.
? Creates technical documents according to procedure; Writing plans, protocols & reports and technical evaluation reports.
? Technical supporting for selecting and optimizing equipment/fixture for manufacturing and testing.
? Technical supporting for failure analysis.
? Other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
? Education in Mechanical Engineering, Material engineering or Biomedical engineering.
? Bachelor degree with 3~5 years’ experience, or MS degree with 2+ years’ experience in relevant field.
? Knowledge of manufacturing processes including welding, molding, machining.
? Hands on experience with design software (CAD, Solid works, ProE).
? Knowledge of Statistics/DFSS/DOE and application of Minitab.
? Able to take initiative & be self-managing; effective team interpersonal skills and high sense of responsibility.
? Skills in reading & written & Verbal communication in English.
Nice to Have
? Experience with medical device development and risk management and familiarity with ISO 13485 &ISO14971.
? Ability to independently determines and develops proactive approaches to solutions which are thorough, practical, and consistent with organization objectives.
? Creative thinking, problem solving and analytical skills, excellent technical and business judgment ability.
