Process optimization / simplification
61 Ensure a customer centric and value-based Lean planning process.
61 Delivery material cost saving by exploring opportunities in all manufacturing processes.
61 Optimize process and business rules for best-cost logistics/WH solution.
61 Drive Order to Cash process simplification/efficiency.
Digitalization and automation
61 Design digitalization tools offering problem solving and proper actions.
61 Scale up and introduce best practice for Asia Pacific regions.
61 Connecting with GD and GB excellence team for best knowledge acquiring.
61 Support site logistics Lean projects if necessary
61 Work as an in-house trainer for green belts as applicable

Requirements:
Education:
61 Bachelor Degree in supply chain management / logistics, business administration, chemical engineering, 5-8 years business management and/or supply chain management experience, consulting experience with proof of successful projects as a plus
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
61 Strong and comprehensive knowledge (confident with complex/challenging projects) in Supply Chain Consulting (project management, organizational projects, process changes, logistics); or Supply chain management (strategy / operations / organization), planning (demand, supply, inventory), distribution
61 Strategic and logic thinking.
61 Initiative, pro-active, self-motivated.
61 Bold in thinking, sensitive in details.
61 Strong project management skills, PMP certification is preferred.
61 Profound knowledge in Supply Chain Systems and Technology, Change Management, Presentations skills
61 Fluent (active contribution and participation in discussion including technical topics and terms) in Chinese and English
