Job Descriptions ? Take proactive steps to reconcile forecasts, backlog and shipments in order to meet customer demand and target Sales revenue. ? Process orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. ? Track/Communicate material production progress and priorities to relevant stakeholders to ensure supply targets, proactively try all possibilities to close supply gaps. ? Participate in account business reviews with both internal and external stakeholders, understand business and has contributions from Customer Account Specialist perspective during the review. ? Work independently but closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed. ? Pricing management, assist Sales on account annual price negotiation. ? Data analysis provider that empowers for sales team with valuable insights to help sales growth revenue. ? Regular customer visit to build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships. ? Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, issues and quality related matters. Requirements: ? Good Excel and PowerPoint skill ? Fluent in English ? Experience with supply chain will be preferred. ? At least 5 years’ experience with IC industry will be preferred. ? Familiar with Power BI will be preferred.
