岗位职责：
1. Lead projects of developing qualified products and suppliers in Asia, including but not limited to inquiry, price comparison, sample testing and improvement, specification setting, factory auditing, price negotiation.负责开发满足伍尔特集团在亚洲市场的产品和供应商，具体工作内容包括但不限于：询价，价格比较，样品测试和改进，制定产品标准，工厂审核，价格谈判等。
2. Launch new products, do the market and competitors’ research, products training, technical support and consulting to sales force, etc.引进新产品，市场和竟对公司的调查，产品培训，给予销售人员技术支持等。
3. Category maintenance, release or withdraw products, create SAP article and other daily office work.产品线的维护，产品释放或撤销，SAP系统内的产品信息创建，其他日常工作。
4. Maintain and support 6S principles and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行
5. Other work assigned by superior and company 上级领导及公司分派的其他工作

任职要求：
1.Bachelor or above degree major in Engineering and etc.大学本科以上学历，工科等相关专业。
2.At least 3 years' sourcing work experience in related industry in Asia Pacific region至少3年以上在亚太地区相关行业开发产品的经验。
3.Knowledge in working protection products for the industrial user, such as working gloves, goggles, helmet, working shoes, ear protection and face mask, etc.具备工业防护用品的专业知识，包括但不限于防护手套、防护眼镜、头盔、工作鞋、耳塞、面罩、等。
4.Work experience in American or European multinational corporations will be preferred.有欧美外企工作经验者优先。
5.Willing to work independently and work under pressure.愿意独立开展工作并承受工作压力。
6.A good team player.有良好的团队协作精神。
7.Excellent communication ability, honest, logical and results-oriented.有优秀的沟通能力，诚实客观，逻辑思维性强，注重结果。
8.Good verbal and written English communication skills良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力。
9.Proficient in office software like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.熟练操作Office办公软件。
10.Proficient in Outlook and Internet熟练使用Outlook和网页浏览器。
11.Knowledge in SAP will be a plus.有使用SAP经验者优先。
12.Frequently domestic and aboard travel is required.能适应国内外频繁的出差。
13.Good mental and physical conditions良好的身心健康状况。
