Consultant Function To ensure that we deliver the best IPM service in China to all clients all the time: To cooperate with Knight Frank overseas offices, especially London and Asia Pacific offices to market overseas residential projects in Shanghai and across China. Provide assistance on the planning around events including the following: media coordination, assist in marketing material design and preparation, venue booking, sales documentation preparation and third party vendor liaison as needed. Call potential target buyers on weekly basis to qualify their requirements and set up one-to-one meetings in advance of sales events. Follow-up and call all prospective buyers after sales events to qualify their interest and assist sales function. Assist IPM marketing to properly set up, sales and smooth running of exhibitions. Ensure you are fully briefed on the project details and key selling points. Assist Head of IPM to prepare a report after sales events / exhibitions.
Sales and Marketing In addition, you will be expected to work alongside Head of IPM to: Assist to explore and develop more effective channels of international marketing and help the team organize regular channel events. Assist to building High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) client list and inputting contacts on RPS in timely manner.
Database Management To make sure that contacts and related information is up-dated and loaded onto the client contacts management system in the office (RPS). Participate in the RPS working group for APAC providing feedback on the system.
Person Specification At least 5-7 years relevant working experience Proficient in both Chinese and English communication skills Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT with detailed and clear work plan Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
