Duties:
1. Participates in strategic planning of Air Cargo China and Far East division OM activities; in new projects development, business-plans within the division; in new service granting planning, in new transport scheme elaboration.
2. Presents data on planning/ budgeting, including the data on Air Cargo China and Far East division revenues/expanses, vacancies plan, training program, vacations plan.
3. Forms Air Cargo China and Far East division and KPI division working plan for a year.
4. Participates in agreements projects coordination.
5. Provides the implementation of financial indicators of revenue division.
6. Distributes work of customers’ needs and orders between division staff.
7. Organizes implementation of activities on customers retention and development; on suppliers search and retention
8. Participates in realization of new projects, business plans, and new transport schemes within the division.
9. Participates in needs coordination of customers and suppliers in accordance with set procedures.
10. Controls work of Air Cargo China and Far East division staff on filling data accuracy in information and operation systems.
11. Elaborates documents of Air Cargo China and Far East division processes, division job descriptions and other regulating documents of the division activities .

Requirements:
1. University degree or above, major in Logistics or equivalent is preferred;
2. 8 years+ relevant industrial working experience, with 2 years+ managerial experience;
3. English can be working language, Chinese is fluent (if you are foreigner), other languages will be preferred;
4. Computer basic knowledge, MS Office
5. Strong airline network (close contacts to carriers)
6. Knowledge of operational processes
7. Close connection to the Business market (Sales, Purchase, and Partners)
