To coordinate the Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Program which includes any HSE related works & trainings. Personal Tasks Carry out the daily job according to Environment, Occupational Health and Safety laws; Ensure the behaviours in company are compliance to laws. Maintain the rules & regulations for safety, health and environment. Provide trainings to employees. Provide proper PPE to employee. Organize and implement occupational health examination for all employee. Keep eyes on preventive action for all HSE related elements. Leading routine safety check with action plans along with cross function team. Investigation &deal with safety incidents and be in charge of implementing preventive action to avoid similar issue reoccurring. Organize and implement surveillance on all departments to reduce the effects on environment by making plans & actions. Take lead to make improvement on environment protection projects to be sure they meet national laws and make company benefited. Practical experience - Minimum 3 year of experience in EHS related position in the manufacturing plant. - Experienced for safety standardization - Ever touched with EPA and fire agent of government. - Certificate of safety engineer is preferred Skills requirements: - Ability to communicate in English both oral & written - Logical thinking and skilful communication - Strict & fast execution for established goals is essential - Stick to HSE mentality and no compromise to challenges 7. Authority Make professional advice to management or HSE team on solving safety issues. Stop the production when necessary if the it is dangerous or emergent situation.
