Activity 1: Plant safety (30%) Goal: Leading all scheduled audit and 100% following opened issues 1. Audit programs: weekly safety team audit, weekly GM standardized audit, daily EHS site audit, bi-monthly cross plant audit. 2. Develop and implement above all scheduled audit programs and report to all leather plant management team. 3. Follow all raised issues and keep good communication with plant team, 100% taking effective actions in the expected date with teamwork. 4. Keep close touch with local governments for external inspection and reports. Activity 2: ISO14001/ ISO45001 System Implementation (30%) Goal: Passing all certification audits from the 3rd parties According to ISO14001/45001 standards, assist EHS manager in establishing/maintaining EHS MS and take leadership to provide support to whole plant team to pass all internal & external audit. 1. Review of applicable legislation and regulations 2. Job hazard Analysis and hazard identification 3. Develop safety SOP to control the risk of the operation and maintenance activities. 4. Continuous improvement--- Set annual target for EHS performance, 100% follow the implementation of system management programs 5. Conduct internal audit and take actions about the opened issues 6. Safety management records, audits and reviews Activity 3: Assistant in leading EHS programs (40%) Goal: Meet local legal requirement and Lear EHS requirement 1. EHS Training for orientation and on-job training (Preparing training modules, support department trainers) 2. Manage the contractor performance on wastewater treatment 3. Personal Protective Equipment Management: PPE evaluation and implementation 4. Hazardous communication : Chemical MSDS updating on site and follow HC policy 5. Coordinate and assist with Lear initiatives, participating on teams in order to drive best practices across EOCN 6. Work with regional and global EHS team for implementing Lear EHS directives. 7. Assistant in reviewing all manufacturing and support operations to assure safety. 8. Identify internal risks proactively and promote risk reduction projects. 9. Incidents and accidents investigation
