1 Play an analytical role in small-medium sized talent, rewards, performance related consulting project/module delivery with minimal direction from the project manager 1 Consistently contribute to sequential work steps in the development of high-quality, client-ready materials, such as presentations, documents or spreadsheets. 1 Act an important client contact window for small-sized project and contribute to clients’ satisfaction 1 Be able to identify client needs and provide high quality consultation in certain solutions 1 Be able to articulate various human resources solutions and best practices to clients 1 Empower clients with knowledge and skills; Able to prepare basic recommendations, and establish /maintain good relationship 1 Actively contribute to the success of multiple projects through data interpretation and content development. 1 Lead a module on less complex project with close monitor from the project manager occasionally
Requirements 1 Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics or equivalent 1 In-depth content knowledge about human resources management and consulting practice 1 Good understanding of the business operations and HR practices in MNCs and Chinese companies 1 Solid problem-solving skills, ability to analyze and build workbooks with a diverse set of data, identify core issues and reach appropriate conclusions/solutions. 1 High commitment to quality client service and good team cooperation spirit 1 Flexible, independent and able to work under pressure and uncertainties 1 Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
