1. Reporting directly to the China Transport Manager, you will be responsible for actively seeking and obtaining new business and driving development in your area via market research, prospecting, qualification, and selling COMPANY as a preferred supplier.
2. Implement a development and strategy plan responsible for delivering growth management utilising a targeted territory sales pipeline document to deliver and exceed COMPANY budget requirements.
3. Manage, build, and retain existing relationships and accounts to drive high levels of customer satisfaction and incremental paint protection sales.
4. Set up and implement COMPANY sales processes & standards relating to the local Bus OEMs.
5. Accurately manage diary & CRM data around all active and dormant prospects along with management of contract end dates to identify new and existing business opportunities.
6. Submitting regular sales reports on activity levels for new business and major key accounts.
7. Monitoring of ordering activity together with project management across designated accounts.
8. Conduct business reviews with key existing customers and prospects to understand their evolving business needs and manage performance expectations and drive growth.
