PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:
1. To provide smooth and safe supply chain services to meet company business needs
2. To control freight cost, manage inventory level and support material cost reduction.
3. To well coordinate and maintain relationship among Asia suppliers, forwarders and company plants
4. To achieve the best supply-demand balance by gate-keeping factory forecast, demand planning, safety stock and open order management.
5. To maintain forwarders providing high grade of service performance and competitive rates
6. To work with Trade Compliance and Sourcing Team on regulation compliance and best business practice for new suppliers
7. Market intelligence awareness
QUALIFICATIONS:
61 Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred holder in Logistics Management or related discipline.
61 Experience: Requires at least 3 years’ working experience and material/production planning experience in electronics industry will be a plus
61 Key Knowledge: material / production planning, shipment management, freight cost control, VMI/3PL, SOP, landed cost
61 Soft skillset: Good planning, logical thinking, project management, advanced MS Excel,
61 Languages: be fluent in Mandarin and English, MUST be good in speaking, listening and writing in English;
61 Mobility: be available to travel
