The China Logistics team provides the expertise for the management of the local DC and transport network. It has the responsibility to manage the DC and transport network to deliver added value to the business in terms of service, cost and cash.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Logistics supervisor , you are responsible for daily Import operation, including import documents preparation, import permit application, manage Hainan whole customs clearance process, SAP operation and inventory management, trouble shooting, internal/external communication. Periodic review of performance and analyze the data to seek opportunity for improvement.
The position will report directly to logistics manager and be the contact window with forwarder/carrier and internal stake holders like regulatory affairs and brand marketing.
Your main focus :
61 Ensure import shipment on time delivery and arrival to meet business requirement
61 Manage import operation comply to all related laws, regulations and policies from the government, company and business
61 GHS label and CSAR label status checking to support clearance and VAS activities
61 Prepare declaration documents, import license (CIQ, custom sheet) and statements if necessary.
61 Handle the special case such as customs questioning and Customer’s urgent delivery request independently and with high efficiency.
61 SAP process for inventory management, manual GR and GI in SAP. Manual ensure there is no gap between sales order quantity, WSM and SAP
61 Bonded warehouse KPI data collection and prepare the report for RFT,CASS and import list.
61 Communication with sales ,CS, planning and finance to weekly tracking the revenue landing. Communication with bonded vendor and Hainan customer for daily clearance and warehouse operation.
61 Daily validate import shortage report and communicate with key stakeholder for compliance documents archive.
61 Support monthly and yearly inventory counting.
61 Monthly billing validation, payment allocation in SAP and payment tracking.
61 Support QA audit to ensure DC compliance.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
61 Bachelor or above, preferred in logistic, supply chain, purchasing, etc
61 5 years supply chain/import & export working experience in international company for Hainan scope or above, prefer in FMCG.
61 Problem solving skills in daily operations including shipments tracking, Customs declaration and intercompany shipping issue. Hands-on knowledge of import process, especially for Hainan bonded zone
61 Good communication skills with customers, vendor, sales and customer.
61 Fluent speaking/written/read skill in English and Chinese
61 WMS& SAP experience is a must
61 Knowledge in transportation and warehouse management
