This role is responsible for leading the development of Pest Control sub-category via product development and marketing communication, to better drive brand awareness and desirability, optimize consumer journey and engagement, launch and relaunch products successfully by driving traffic to online and offline, improve conversion to achieve brand business goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 61 Responsible for subcategory business P&L. As key coordinator to collect channel requests, monitor performance, analysis business and tracking feedback 61 Work closely with cross functions like sales, channel, media, supply chain etc. to drive gross sales, market share 61 Fully understand consumer insight, brand vision, positioning, blueprint and business target, to develop innovations OTIF by closely communication with cross-categories & global headquarter 61 Manage and monitor sub-category brand contents delivery including global content adaption, local content production with high standard quality 61 Portfolio management via efficient communication with CMKT, Sales, Finance and SC to optimize current portfolio DPM and deliver future roadmap 61 Initiate business driven communication strategy and plan to deliver brand, product message and meet media and business KPI. Work with Media and agency to allocate budget phasing and KPI setting 61 Set brand guideline for local owned media content, social and KOL, KOC content by deep familiarity with competitors, consumer insights and category benchmark 61 Socialize the storytelling of product, ensure consistency, efficiency and virality 61 Deep analysis on key social platforms, especially for RED and Tiktok, to deliver innovative idea and strategy to improve media efficiency 61 Collaborate and influence across the organization to drive IMC results and achieve brand goals.
