Product Management 61 Work with Retail team and other function management team to ensure the cross functional alignment of product strategies. 61 Connect with cross functional teams to support creation of an integrated business plan that supported by on-going performance analysis and regular brand reviews& implement 61 Understand and Implement the brand strategies of the assigned products based on market size, opportunities and competition shares in the industry, build the brand image 61 Direct the product promotion and growth initiatives to attain increasing of market share 61 Design training programs target to consistently upgrade sales team’s professionalism in personal and group selling of focused products Professional Relationship 61 Identify the opinion leaders in related area. 61 Lead to build and maintain professional relationship with KOLs 61 Establish and develop the national expert network to ensure the strong expertise for assigned products Cost Control & Monitoring 61 Determine the financial planning process related to product marketing campaign, customer satisfaction, scientific leadership and new business 61 Monitor and control marketing expenses in line with budget on monthly basis 61 Modify and manage expenses allocation to regions 6. REQUIREMENTS: 85 Industry experiences: Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry 85 Language Skills: Fulent in English both oral and written 85 Computer Skills: Working knowledge, especially good at Excel and PowerPoint 85 Mobility: Willing to travel frequently 85 Other Special requirement: 61 Thorough understanding on the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical OTC/EC) is a plus 61 Good understanding of business and product knowledge with marketing sense 61 Strong communication and presentation skill with excellent interpersonal sense 61 Experienced project management background in pharmaceutical company 61 Strong analytical skills including business and financial management 61 Autonomy/Independence, Assertiveness; a polished professional presence is essential 61 Should be self-motivated, creative and well organized
