岗位职责: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for Kraft Heinz’s Non-Soy Sauce product portfolio (including Oyster Sauce and Fermented Bean Curd) in the Chinese market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, a passion for food and culinary culture, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: 1.End-to-End Category Management: Own the full product lifecycle for the Non-Soy Sauce category, including market analysis, brand positioning, innovation pipeline development, pricing strategy, and promotional planning. Drive annual business plans, budget allocation, and performance tracking to achieve sales and profitability targets. 2.Consumer-Centric Marketing: Develop deep consumer insights through market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the condiment market. Create compelling brand campaigns and communication strategies that resonate with target audiences, leveraging digital and traditional channels. 3.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales teams to align on trade strategies, channel expansion, and in-store execution to maximize product visibility and penetration. Partner with R&D and supply chain teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery of innovations. 4.Strategic Leadership: Formulate long-term category strategies, including portfolio optimization and competitive response plans, to strengthen market leadership. Monitor industry dynamics and competitor activities to proactively adjust tactics. 5.Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring flawless implementation and measurable ROI. 任职要求: 1.Experience: Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in FMCG, with proven success in end-to-end ownership of product lines. Experience in the food/beverage/condiment industry is highly preferred. 2.Skills & Competencies: Business-Driven Mindset: Strong commercial orientation with a track record of delivering P&L results. In particular, able to work closely with sales to identify potential opportunities and land into reality. Strategic Thinker: Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution. Collaborative Partner: Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, and external agencies. Execution Excellence: Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to project management. 3.Passion for Food: Genuine enthusiasm for cooking, culinary trends, and flavor innovation. Candidates who enjoy experimenting with food or sharing food-related content (e.g., social media, blogs) are preferred. 4.Regional Preference: Candidates with familiarity with Guangdong/Fujian regional cuisine and consumer preferences will be given priority.
