Provide technical service to existing business of Graphics in Greater China region Communicate with local/regional/global product managers & marketing team and provide up-to-date information to Graphics Handle customer complaints, follow-up actions and troubleshooting Interact with local and regional R&D team to collect and understand customer requirements, and translate to CTQs Demonstrate vehicles/signage wrapping & installation technique internally and externally Update Graphics industrial trends and insights from technical perspective Technically support the commercial team for new customer and/or new application development with existing products Take responsibility in customer/installers overseas training program Lead local Graphics exhibition program and related contents
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical / Material / Automobile or other related discipline 5 years and more of technical service experience with customer interaction in Graphics industry Capability to handle technical and/or qualities issues and close customer claims Experience with product development and commercialization process Very strong aspiration to learn Graphic wrapping and installation techniques Good command of English to communicate with regional and global counterparts Comprehensive understanding of Auto after/before market Adaptability to the organization and full engagement with commercial team Ability to operate with little supervision in a complex environment
