Job Description:
职责要求：
1. Working with account manager and vendors to make sure the product quality is CORRECT BEFORE to mass production
与公司业务以及工厂合作，确定批量生产前做严格的产品样品测试检验
2. Carry out on-site final inspections of orders to ensure the products meets the requirements. For critical orders, need to responsible to solve quality problem and to improve the quality.
负责大货的出货前验货工作，确保货物满足质量要求。遇到问题需要负责解决质量问题并改善货物品质。
3. Responsible to arrange outsourcing QC’s inspect task. Responsible to record and calculate claims for quality issues. Check and keep inspection records.
安排公司外包QC的日常工作。负责记录和计算质量问题的索赔。负责记录制作并保存检查记录
4. Prepare quality reports as requested. Daily review internal and external QC’s inspection reports met requirements then send to the clients. In the few extreme/urgent conditions, need to send reports to the customer in the evening.
根据要求编制质量报告.每天检查内部和外部QC验货报告，保证报告的准确性然后发给客户。在少数极端紧急情况下，需要晚上发报告给客户确认。
5. Do QA sample check and drop test as per company requirement. Point out potential product issues on the report and give out reasonable solution.
根据公司要求检查QA样品和做摔箱测试。在报告上指出产品可能出现的问题，并给出合理的解决方案。
6. Do instruction manual check. Ensure assembly steps logical and diagram easy to understand. Coach factory how to make instruction clearly if necessary.
检查说明书。确保安装步骤符合逻辑，图片通俗易懂。必要时指导工厂如何做说明书。
7. Cooperate with merch team and factory. Do the paperwork for spare parts, specification sheet and instruction. Need careful mentality to ensure everything data correct in alignment.
与业务和工厂合作配合，确保公司的产品配件表，产品规格表，说明书部件表数据准确并能够互相匹配。
8. Assist to assemble products for QA or photography in the office
在办公室里组装产品，做QA样品检查或者产品照相样
9. To travel to various manufactures around China to ensure that our Quality Standards are being met. 70% in the office, 30% on travel.
出差去各地的工厂验厂验货，或指导有关质检员安排有关货物检验。70%时间在办公室，30%出差。
10. Assist QA manager to handle daily things.

Skills:
能力要求：
1. +5 years working experience on Quality management/Quality Control (furniture, outdoor productions , metals and groceries)
5年以上质量管理/质量控制工作经验（家具、户外用品、金属、杂货）
2. Experience working with manufactures in mainland China
有丰富的和国内工厂沟通合作的经验
3. Good English in wring and speaking
良好的英语听说读写能力
4. Good skills on the paperwork and need strong attitude of responsibility
良好的文书工作能力，有强烈的责任心，工作仔细
