KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS Responsibilities: 主要职责 85助力团队数据源整合，数据工作量优化，及系统和工具的升级，并对重要项目开展数据、信息整合/分析结果呈现优化的工作; Facilitate team in integrating data sources, optimizing data flow and workload, upgrading systems and tools, as well as enhancing data and information integration, analysis result presentation for key projects. 85支持销售队伍岗位、产品线设置与管理，控制销售岗位编制； Provide support on field force position/product bag allocation and management to control sales force HC 85支持销售队伍架构调整、及日常运营的区域设置、指标分配流程，关注指标分配合理性； Provide professional support on territory alignment and quota setting during field force restructure and regular operation process to ensure sales quota rationality 85支持销售推广预算分配和调整； Provide sales budget allocation and adjustment service 85基于业务需要与变化，优化、发展销售效率管理政策与流程，并得到管理层审批； Optimize and develop sales force policy and procedure for LT approval aligning with business needs 85基于业务需要，提供有价值的分析报告与服务，帮助销售管理层发现和解决业务问题和做出相应决策； Provide insightful analysis report and valuable service for business issues solution and decision making. 85支持业务效率提升和优化项目，不断提高销售队伍的有效性； Support business optimization projects to continuously improve sales force effectiveness 85与Digital合作，维护和改进销售管理系统，适应生意发展的需要； Working with Digital team to maintain and continuously optimize sales management system capability to meet business requirement.
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS 85大学本科毕业或更高学历, 信息管理、计算机科学、数学、统计学或相关学科理学士学位 University Degree or above. Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Mathletics, Statistics or relevant disciplines required 85良好的BI和数据处理工具的技能背景，包括Power BI，tableau，Python，VBA, SQL等 Good knowledge of advanced BI and data processing skills (e.g., power BI, tableau, python, VBA, SQL, etc.) . 85有医药行业SFE或相关工作经验者优先。 SFE or related work experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred. 85良好的数据处理和数据分析技能、沟通技能 Proficient in data processing and analytical skills, good communication skills. 85良好的英文听说读写能力 Good command of English both in oral and written.
