Job Description:
1. Receive customer authorization letters, contact and arrange customer shipment matters;
2. Arrange full process operations such as booking, transportation, cargo tracking, customs declaration, and bill of lading confirmation;
3. Produce documents such as sea and air transport documents;
4. Good communication foreign agents& customers.
Job requirements:
1. At least 5 years of international freight operation experience, familiar with the entire operation process;
2. Understand the import and export business process, familiar with international freight import and export business，familiar with DAP, DDP business process;
3. Good communication and coordination skills, follows leadership arrangements, and a strong sense of responsibility.
工作描述:
1. 接收客户委托书,联系安排客户出货事宜；
2. 安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、提单确认等全程操作；
3. 制作海运空运单证等文件；
4. 和国外代理及客户保持良好的沟通。
岗位要求:
1. 5年以上的国际货运操作工作经验，熟悉整套操作流程；
2. 了解进出口业务流程，熟悉国际货运进出口业务，熟悉DAP，DDP业务流程；
3. 具有良好的沟通、协调执行能力，听从领导安排，责任心强；
4. 英语可作为工作语言，书面及口语能力优秀。
