Responsibilites:- 61 Demonstrate flexibility and team skills 61 Ensure all enquiries or other communications are actioned promptly and efficiently 61 Drive customer engagement, satisfaction and retention. 61 Working on an open, interactive relation with customers, suppliers, overseas network in Africa by phone and email. 61 Respond to customers’, overseas network requests in a timely manner, identifying + solving issues, complaints or disputes in a professional manner. 61 Qualify customer/overseas network inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up to ensure quotations are accepted + closed. 61 Planning and arrangement of international consignments 61 Establish and strengthen operational service quality and customer relation daily interactions 61 Support customer onboarding in line with working instructions and/or SOP, ensuring inclusion + transfer of customer requirements into Clasquin’s systems alongside the (initial) customer order. 61 Create, review + refine customer reports. 61 SOP Management & Monitoring compliance at country/branch level. 61 Maintain a good relationship with vendors, suppliers and service providers to secure space and cost competitiveness. 61 Actively promote AFRICA TRADE LANE services and solutions in the field/route of expertise.
Skills and experience:- 61 Diploma or above in any disciplines 61 Minimum 3+ years' relevant experience in sales & operational roles the Freight Forwarding industry 61 Sound understanding and knowledge of Freight Forwarding industry 61 Demonstrated ability to synthesize customer requirements to develop innovative solutions 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 61 Good command of written and spoken English 61 Pleasant personality, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure 61 Previous experience on Africa Trade Lane is a plus
