Job Responsibilities: 61 Technical face to the customer for all pre-sales activities for RF products; 61 Responsible for understanding the technical requirements of customers as they relate to impedance match-ing networks and RF power generators; 61 Take technical ownership of customers; 61 Work closely with other departments to develop initial prototypes and refine them to gain customer ac-ceptance; 61 Get information on new opportunities from technical departments at customers; 61 Participate in the finalization of documentation required to ensure proper production of volume products based on optimizations done in the prototyping process; 61 Communicate closely with other departments, both in China and in other locations, including sales, quality and production
Job requirements 61 Background in High Power RF (radio frequency) technology. Preferable to have direct experience with Im-pedance Matching networks and RF Generators in semiconductor, solar, LCD or LED manufacturing equip-ment 61 B.S or M. S in electrical engineering; 61 Background in plasma process development a big plus; 61 Good communications skills, (English – a must -oral and written); 61 Good Team Player; 61 Customer relationship management; 61 Time and project management.
