岗位职责:
1. To provide legal support to business operations of stores.
2. To draft, review and manage contracts, norms and procedures for stores, business units and service teams.
3. To identify and control the legal risks that may impact the company.
4. To provide legal solutions on new initiatives of the business teams.
5. Other ad-hoc legal missions assigned by the manager.
任职要求:
1. Major in law.
2. 3+ years of experience in the legal profession.
3. Fluent in written and oral English.
4. Good legal writing and analysis skill.
5. Be able work independently as legal counsel.
